June H. Buschmann, age 84, 15 Marinette St., Apt. 11, Tomahawk, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Ministry Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk. June was born February 18, 1926 in Woodboro, the daughter of John and Marjorie (Schrofe) McCain. She was formerly married to George E. Buschmann. June was a long-time Tomahawk resident, and was a member of Prince of Peace Church. She enjoyed nature, crocheting, playing Yahtzee, and reading the Bible. Survivors include: Daughter Darlene (Joe) Underwood Ooltewah, Tennessee Sons George Buschmann Tomahawk Alan (Marinne) Buschmann Whitefish Bay Jeff Buschmann Wautoma Sisters Pat (Gary) Thomas Marvel Thomas Mary (Casey) Grams Elaine Pierce all of Tomahawk June was preceded in death by her former husband, 2 brothers, and 2 sisters. A Memorial Service for June Buschmann will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 from Prince of Peace Church in Tomahawk. Pastor Terry Carney will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in the spring at Calvary Cemetery in Tomahawk.
