Obituary of Thomas Green

Thomas R. Green, age 85, 2268 Lee Road, Tomahawk, passed away Monday, March 7, 2011 at his residence. Tom was born April 23, 1925 in Chicago, the son of Thomas A. and Helen (Bacon) Green. He married Judith Silakowski in 1963 in Michigan City, Indiana; she survives. Tom was an insurance agent for many years, and enjoyed woodworking. He was a U.S. Army WWII Veteran, serving in the Pacific Theater, and was a member of the American Legion Bronsted Searl Post 93 in Tomahawk. Survivors include: Wife Judy Green Tomahawk Daughters Kelly Berg Tomahawk Debbie Green Starlight, Indiana Victoria Jenkins Naples, Florida Lisa Ezell Jeffersonville, Indiana Son Jeff Green New Albany, Indiana Tom is further survived by 4 grandchildren - Bethany and Meagan Berg, Tyler Green, and Alexis Bohle. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, 1 sister, and 1 grandson. No services will be held.
