Obituary of Robert Foreman

Robert Foreman, age 66, 9370 Jenny Lake Rd., Tomahawk, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2011 at the VA Medical Center in Tomah. Bob was born March 17, 1945 in Sturgeon Bay, the son of Robert and Virginia (Davis) Foreman. He married Mary Neumeyer on October 18, 1969 in Tomahawk; she passed away December 17, 2003. Bob served in the U.S. Army for 17 years, and served in the Vietnam War. Later, he worked as a truck driver for Yellow Freight for 17 years, and was proud to say he logged 3 million accident-free miles. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, woodworking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include: Daughters Theresa Schrock Tomahawk Rebecca (Russell) Sanders Tomahawk Son Robert A. (Kristy) Foreman Oregon Brothers Gene Foreman Tomahawk John Foreman Tomahawk Sisters Dianne (Peter) Lindner San Antonio, Texas Nancy (Ken) Olson Boyceville Bob is further survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral Services for Bob Foreman will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 1, 2011 from Krueger Family Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, March 31st from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m., with a Military Tribute Service at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Tomahawk.
