Mary L. Hotchkiss, age 80, N9992 Sunset Point Rd., Tomahawk, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at Ministry Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk. Mary was born March 11, 1931 in Mountain, WI, the daughter of Arthur and Pearl Marsh. She married Clifford Hotchkiss on May 10, 1958 in Madison, WI. Mary lived most of her life in Madison, where she was employed as a Nurse's Aide with the Mendota Mental Health Institute for 31 years. She and Cliff were summer residents of the Tomahawk area since 1985, and moved here permanently in 1993. She enjoyed cooking, fishing, gardening, and spending time with her family. Survivors include: Husband Cliff Hotchkiss Tomahawk Daughter Laurel (Dave) Schmidt Clintonville Sons Raymond (Cindy) Hotchkiss Madison Dennis (Barb Wild) Hotchkiss Tomahawk Sister Evelyn Buettner Madison Mary is further survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 sister, and 1 brother. A Memorial Service for Mary Hotchkiss will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 9, 2011 from Krueger Family Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until the hour of services at 1:30 p.m.
