My husband Rick and I always enjoyed working with Jerry during his years with the Highway Department when we ran school buses. He was always willing to assist and keep roads /turnarounds cleared. May you rest in peace Jerry. Deepest sympathies to his wife and daughters and grandchildren.

Our hearts are broken at this news. Our daughter Nicole and Mindy graduated together. I remember hours how the girls bring together and Jerry picking them up or is dropping them off. Jerry hunted out on Mountain Drive where we used to hunt. I remember one time where my husband Jim and Jerry decided to stop the hunt and go "warm up" at the local establishment. Trouble is I thought they were hunting and when Jim didn't come home at "closing time", I went looking worried as all get out. I did finally find them at Jerry's house and they were in a "happy" condition. After a beverage I was too and we laughed about it. He was a happy camper and will be missed. Get ready God as I am sure he will have a joke and a laugh for you. Rest in peace. Hugs and prayers to you all.

We are so sad and shocked! Yes, indeed, Jerry had a huge heart for people. What a kind, caring, joy to be with him and how well he lived his deep faith in God and love for people! Like many others, we have wonderful conversations and experiences with Jerry that we treasure. All of you are deep in our prayers at this sudden, tough, tough loss. Keep Jerry's love living in you always and keep trusting God's Holy Spirit in this dark time.

Sending out my deepest condolences to my entire family for the loss of Jerry, he was a great man, and one I'm grateful to have had a part of my life!! Greatly enjoyed conversations over a few, or many beers? He was a part of a day, and hunting trip ill never forget, celebrating my biggest buck I ever killed in northern Wisconsin!!
