The world became a little less bright upon learning of Jim's passing. What a stellar human being! Jim and Pat were among the first folks we met upon moving to Tomahawk. They always showed love and care for two folks who had little family close. His legacy is not all the civil good he did: bringing manufacturing jobs to town, helping direct Tomahawk's future, supporting his church and local schools. No Jim's (and Pat's) legacy are the wonderful children and their progeny.
No one is ever quite the same once the cold, sanctifying touch of sorrow has touched your life.
But it is as it should be: parents pass leaving spectacular memories and unconditional love to their family.
We wish you peace.

I went to work for Jim at Lampert Yards right after returning from Vietnam. We had a great working relationship and even after I left there we remained friends. As a matter of fact we ran into each other about a month ago and had a nice chat. Always enjoyed seeing Jim and Pat at the Pine Tree. A very nice man with a great smile. Sympathy to All his Family.

Dear Mike and the rest of the family,
We are thinking of all of you during this time of loss. Your Dad was one of the best. Growing up across the street from you guys made life always interesting from both sides. He always had a smile for me and my family. Jim was also a big help to my dad when they still lived there. He will be sorely missed. Plus he had the best rhubarb in town.
All our thoughts and prayers.
Bill and Linda Mullins.
