Obituary of LeRoy Wolf

LeRoy J. Wolf, age 87, of Tomahawk, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2022 with his family by his side. LeRoy was born in Marathon City, WI to George & Marie (Wagner) Wolf. He was married to Mary Schoen on January 25, 1955 in Marathon City. LeRoy was a jack-of-all-trades. He could fix or build just about anything. LeRoy worked as a baker for awhile before becoming a wholesale florist. He also worked for many years at Inshalla golf course as a greenskeeper. LeRoy is survived by his wife – Mary Wolf of Tomahawk; and children – Pat (Ginger) Wolf of Mosinee, Steve (Mary) Wolf of Phoenix, AZ, Sandra Sprague of Ft. Myers, FL & Terri (Tod) Cantrall of Tomahawk. LeRoy is further survived by 8 grandchildren – Kayla, Jason, Chelsea, Sam, Justin, Mandy, Samantha & Molly; and 9 great grandchildren with another on the way. He is preceded in death by his parents and daughter & son-in-law – Jeanne & Jay Swiger. The Memorial Mass for LeRoy Wolf will take place at 11:00AM on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at St. Mary Catholic Church. Fr. Louis Maram Reddy will officiate. Visitation will take place at the church on Thursday from 9:00AM until the time of service at 11:00AM. Memorials are appreciated in LeRoy’s name to St. Mary Catholic School.
