Obituary of Randy Young

Randy W. Young, age 64, of Tomahawk, passed away unexpectedly at his home on September 19, 2022. Randy was born in Milwaukee to Richard & Dorothy (Schumann) Young on November 23, 1957. He worked in the Milwaukee Area at Briggs and Stratton for 30 years. After retirement, Randy moved to Tomahawk. He loved living in the Northwoods. Randy also loved Dobermans, fishing, socializing and playing dice. Randy had a hard and crusty facade but he was soft and chewy on the inside. Randy is survived by his mother – Dorothy “Dotty” Young of Tomahawk; siblings – Rich (Karen) Young of New Berlin, Renee (Fred) Haberland of Menominee, MI, Angel Lasee of Stratford and April (Rod) Smazal of Unity. He is further survived by three step-sisters - Lisa (Steve) Jarchow, Lynn (Ken) Klimpke & Wendy Wagner, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In accordance to Randy’s wishes, following cremation his family will celebrate his life privately. Krueger Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
