Obituary of Ramona M Bushor

Ramona M. Bushor, 84, a lifelong Tomahawk area resident passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Tomahawk Health Services. Mona was born May 28, 1936 to George and Alta (Shrofe) Bushor. She worked as an LPN in Tomahawk, Dr. Kate’s in Minocqua, and worked as a private duty nurse in Chicago and Minocqua. Mona was the oldest girl in a family of 14 children. She loved family reunions. She enjoyed people and was loved by all. Mona could be feisty and enjoyed not being a Packer fan. Surviving are her siblings: Darwin (Barbara) Bushor, Gleason; Roderick (Carol) Bushor, Rhinelander; Donna (Val) Thilmany, Rhinelander; Ardis Teal, Tomahawk; Marvin Bushor, Wyoming; Roger (Donna) Bushor, North Dakota; Juanita (Ron) Evans, Merrill; Teresa (Bill) Mortenson, Tomahawk; and Alita Evans, Iron River. Mona is further survived by a sister-in-law, Sallie Bushor, Tomahawk and countless nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and 4 brothers, 4 nephews, and a niece. A Memorial Service for Ramona Bushor will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. from Krueger Family Funeral Home. Pastor Jeanmark A’Kessler from the Seventh Day Adventist Church will officiate. The Bushor family will receive friends at the Krueger Family Funeral Home from 10:30 until the time of service at 11:30.
