Obituary of June Eve Gaedtke

June Eve Gaedtke, 90, passed away on January 8, 2021 at Country Terrace Assisted Living in Tomahawk. Eve was born March 25, 1930 to Gregor and Mabel Majerus, one of 10 children who have all preceded her in death. She married Harold Gaedtke after World War II and began their family, producing 6 sons. 2 of the sons, Hal and Rod preceded her in death and Harold passed away in 2005. Her life was all about love for family. She was responsible for 29 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. During the last years of her life she remained positive, pleasant, and loving, often playing the piano for her neighbors and the staff at Country Terrace. Eve was a special gift to her family and all that knew her. There will be a public visitation for Eve Gaedtke on Tuesday, January 12, from 9:00 am until the time of a private family funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Krueger Family Funeral Home. Pastor Susan Christian will officiate. Face masks and social distancing will be required. The Funeral Service may be viewed with the provided link and zoom information below.
