Obituary of Donna M Nagel

Donna M. Nagel, age 82, of Rhinelander, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 4, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rhinelander. Donna was born in Tomahawk on November 30, 1938 to George & Whilemina (Hoogland) DeBels. She was married to Rasmus Nagel, he passed away in 2006. Donna owned and operated her own beauty salon for many years in Menomonee Falls. Her passion was baking her famous chocolate chip cookies and was known to bring a plate with her wherever she went. She loved to read and do crossword puzzles as she overlooked Boom Lake in Rhinelander. Donna is survived by her children, Deanna (Dennis) Tetzlaff, Michael Nagel, and Pamela (Dan) Helman. She is further survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rasmus Nagel, daughter-in-law, Christine Nagel, two brothers, George and Kenny, and 3 sisters, Jeanette, Geri, and Lorraine. A Memorial Mass at St. Augustine Church in Harrison will take place on Saturday, May 29th, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of services. Donna will be buried in St. Augustine Cemetery in Harrison. Krueger Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
