My condolences to Judy's family. I worked with Judy for years, she was a very caring, companionate nurse and with exceptional skills. Always willing to help and teach when needed. I have lost another nurse friend and it saddens me. Rest in peace Judy !!

Reading this brings a heavy heart. I use to work with Judy at Golden Age she always had a big heart and gentle touch. Years later, we ended up becoming neighbors and she always accepted our kids as one of her own. She will be missed in the neighborhood by so many people!

How do we deal with such infinite loss? I’ve traveled much in the world, and what struck me hard while in several African countries, was how villages grieved death. Prior to burial, the entire community runs to the home for a period of wailing—loud, distinctive crying. It is excruciating to the ear, and more painful to the heart. But death, too, is recognized as a rite of passage where the spirit is taken into the next realm to be among the protective ancestors. Judy had an immense faith in God, and now she is with Him—safe, without pain, and full of joy. On that we can rest, and as we heal, we can celebrate.
So, let’s all grieve deeply now for this family and all our loss. We will all miss this angel of a woman.
Stephanie, you're my best friend, and whether you suffer or smile, I do, too. We are in this together and I'm forever here for you! I love you and your family, and am so sorry!
Prayers your way!

I'm so sorry to hear about Judy. She's had a rough couple of months but now is in a better place. I've known her for years, but most recently, I spent a lot of time with her at Kinship activities. She had a heart of gold and the patience of a saint.

Our deepest sympathy to the family. Judy was a beautiful person who meant so much to our family, she was always a wonderful neighbor and an absolute joy to talk to on any day. Her time with our granddaughter going to Sunday school or just hanging out has been a priceless gift to her and her becoming a caring young lady. Judy will be deeply missed.
