I was so sad to hear that Linda passed away. She will be greatly missed. There is a saying about not remembering what people said or did but how they made you feel. Linda was always welcoming. When you were with her, she made you feel like you were exactly where you were supposed to be. Often when you stopped by her house (which smelled like cookies) she would pull up a chair and offer a sweet treat. She had a great sense of humor and was just generally fun to be around. I think that's why my mom and I found ourselves in Linda's basement many a time when there was a threat of a tornado. We had a basement of course, but it was so much nicer to weather the storms with Linda.
Tina, Teri and family you are in my thoughts.
Love,
Renee
Class of 64 sends its most heartfelt condolences to Linda's family. She was a great classmate. Everyone remembers her fondly and it was great to see her at the last reunion.
I am so sad and sorry to hear about Linda's passing. I am thinking of you Tina and Teri during this sad time. I am remembering all of the very fun times we had through the years with our group of friends. She will be missed.
