Donald R. Seamandel, age 94, of Tomahawk, passed away on Monday, September 7, 2020. Don was born February 5, 1926 in Milwaukee, WI to Gottlieb & Katherine Seamandel. He worked for Masterlock in Milwaukee before entering the US Navy. After his honorable discharge, Don worked for Burgmeier Carpet Service as an installer for over 35 years. Don moved to the Tomahawk area after his retirement. He loved spending time in outdoors. Don was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Don is survived by his two sons – John (Kathy) Seamandel of Germantown, WI & Jim (Mary) Seamandel of Arizona; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; and brother - Ken Seamandel. He is preceded in death by his parents and significant other – Mary Jane Deutsch. Don will be buried privately in Arlington Park Cemetery in Milwaukee. The family would like to especially thank Sheila Jach for all of her love and care she has provided, Country Terrace and Benny at Tomahawk Family Restaurant.
