Bugarin Family. Please accept our deepest condolences on Joan’s passing. I have so many good memories of this special Lady. My grandsons, Jared and Nate, loved dropping off a Poinsettia at her house during the holidays! God Bless! Pat Brimacombe

Joan was a terrific person, mom, husband and many many friends. She was happy and made people happy around her. Nony was also a special person. The boys were too young for me, but I am sure that her parents were special to you, John. Prayers for you and your family. RIP Joan. She will be happy to see Nony and her sons.

Joan was a treasured guide as we sped through those formative years in our Pleasant Street neighborhood. Her boys were embedded in our families like the rest of us as cousins. She made me feel like her door was always open to us. Joan was a bounty of encouragement, a beacon of wisdom, a guardian of integrity, and a heckuva card player. As we grew, she supported our explorations and endeavors in the arts, sports and education. The memories of her make us rich, and I will long cherish her rapier wit and easy laughter.

Oh, John, I'm so sad to hear about your mom. I remember her as always being cheerful and supportive. I know she and my mom shared friendship and many good card games together. They were at Riverview together for a time and I still have a large white polar bear that your mom gave to my mom when she was checking out. Sending love & hugs to you. Wendy (Osness) Black
