I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. I used to go to the laundromat many years ago when my kids were little. Going there without the kids was my only "me time". I was able to read magazines uninterrupted and chat with whoever was there if they felt like talking.
I enjoyed talking to both your mom and dad. They were always very nice to me and two of the hardest-working people I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Dawn was the best all around. Kind and considerate and generous with her love. I Can't tell you how much I am going to miss her smiling face. I literally just found out and am so devastated. Be at peace little one. I love you.

What can I say about Dawn that would do her justice??? Dawn was one of the kindest ladies I knew, she always had a smile on her face even when things were going all wrong... she loved her children so very much, she loved her community, and she loved those around her... She is going to be missed by many. I personally am going to miss the chats, jokes, and stories.... sometimes when she brought out sewing for me to do she would spend over 1/2 and hour just visiting... I am going to miss those visits... I hope all her kids find comfort in knowing she was loved by many.

I am so sorry to hear of Dawn's passing. We were friends and neighbors from 7th grade. I walked across the alley to her house to pick her up for our walk to the bus stand. She was a lovely person, inside and out and will be greatly missed by all of us who knew her.

To the Friends & Family of Dawn Collins, I am very saddened to hear about this "sweet lady's" passing. I know she loved Jesus & is with Him now, Face to face. May all of you find Comfort in Him; other friends, & family members; & fond memories of Dawn. May she rest in peace. Dawn, you were taken "too early" ~ I miss your smile & "bubbliness". Praying...

My dear friend Dawn, I hope you are at peace. I will always remember the sound of your laughter, even when life was tough. You worked so hard at everything that was thrown at you. You had the best damned laundromat in town, despite an aging facility and older equipment. I loved how you had toys and magazines and even a lounging couch there...and the wonderful plants growing like they responded to your love. I will miss you. Know you are loved.

This is such a shock it leaves me speechless. My fondest memories are going and doing my laundry by her. She would greet me with a smile and a warm heart. She was always so positive about life and would keep working with a very positive outlook. She will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family with hugs.
