Obituary of Charles A Douglas

Chuck A. Douglas, 93, a longtime Tomahawk resident, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Riverview Health Services in Tomahawk.

Chuck was born March 21, 1925 in Skanawan to Henry & Johanna (Ziegler) Douglas. He was united in marriage to Alice Klein on January 20, 1955 in Tomahawk. Chuck was a carpenter and a milk delivery man. He also owned rental units. Chuck and Alice enjoyed polka dancing and traveling.  He loved gardening & trips to the local casinos. Chuck was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, the Masonic Lodge & the Zor Temple Shriners.

Chuck Douglas is survived by his sister – Martha Shinn, of PA and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral Services for Charles “Chuck” Douglas will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 11AM from Grace Lutheran Church. Rev. Mark Ziemer will officiate. Burial with military honors will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the church Saturday morning from 9AM until the time of services at 11AM.
