Obituary of Marlyn J Reider
Marlyn “Marly” Jean (Theiler) Reider, 80, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away November 1, 2016 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Maumee, Ohio.
Marly was born in Tomahawk on December 6, 1935 to Joseph and Bertha Theiler. She graduated with a degree in Nursing from Marquette University. She was married to Clarence Reider on October 10, 1959. Marlyn held various nursing positions including hospital, school, industrial at Johns Manville and most recently teaching nursing at Bowling Green and Medical College of Ohio. He passion was travel and she traveled around the world. She lived a full life and enjoyed photography, the arts, and her family. She was involved in the community and was a member of the St. Rose of Lima Parish for over 50 years.

Marly is further survived by 7 grandchildren (Danielle and Kaitlyn Spatz, Meghan and Sean Reider, Theiler, Christian, and Ryan Hallett), many nieces, nephews, family, and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Joseph, Thomas, Edward, and Richard Theiler, and two sons, Kenneth and Richard.
A Memorial Mass for Marly Reider will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2017, 11:00 a.m. from St. Mary Catholic Church. Fr. Louis Marram Reddy will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church Saturday morning from 10 a.m. until the time of mass at 11. Krueger Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services is assisting the family.
