Obituary of Jerry L McMullen

Jerry L. McMullen, age 61, N11859 Nokomis Drive, Tomahawk, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

Jerry was born May 4, 1956 in Streator, Illinois to Walter and Dorothy (Kruger) McMullen.  Jerry moved to Tomahawk in 1980 and was originally employed at Owens-Illinois, he later started working at the Tomahawk Harley Davidson plant. He married Linda Weizenicker on July 24, 1982 in Tomahawk. Jerry was a tough, strong, hardworking man who took pride it doing things his way. Jerry was an avid Cubs and Bears fan, but was the biggest fan to his three sons. His greatest pleasure in life was watching his boys play ball. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, Linda (Weizenicker) McMullen; 3 sons, Shane (Tyla) McMullen, Green Bay, Brock (fiancé Hayley Rice) McMullen, Utah & Seth (Jenny Malacina) McMullen, Winona, MN; and 3 sisters, Diane (Kent) Lindskog, Carol (Rob) Rowland & Judy (Ron) Feltes, all of Illinois.

Jerry is further survived by 2 grandchildren, Brynlee and Braylen.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Memorial Mass for Jerry McMullen will be on Monday, May 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. from the Corpus Christi Center of St. Mary Catholic Church. Fr. Louis Marram Reddy will officiate.  The family will receive friends in the Corpus Christi Center Monday morning from 9 a.m. until the time of mass at 11:00 a.m.
