Lorraine M. Schiltz, age 87, of Tomahawk, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Riverview Health Care Nursing Home in Tomahawk.
Lorraine was born on May 23, 1929 in Tomahawk to Ralph & Anne (Wright) Hodge. She was married to Nicholas Schlitz, Sr on October 19, 1949 in Tomahawk; he passed away in 2008. Lorraine loved camping, traveling and playing cards. She cherished the times spent with family, especially her grandchildren & great grandchildren. She was a member at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church.
Lorraine is survived by her son, Nicholas (Marla) Schiltz, Jr, Tomahawk; daughter, Patty (Jeff Luther) VanDeWeerd, Tomahawk; Sister, Lucille Hodge, Tomahawk; 3 Grandchildren – Jackie (Mike) Esselman, Shannon (Jason) Halverson & Karen (Mike) Sundquist. She is further survived by 5 great grandchildren – Tucker, Hunter, Tyler, Nickolas & Ryan. Lorraine is preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother and an infant sister.
Funeral Services for Lorraine M. Schiltz will take place at 11:00AM on Monday, March 13, 2017 at the Krueger Family Funeral Home. Visitation will take place from 9:00AM until the time of service at 11:00AM.
