James J. Zillman, age 80, of Tomahawk, passed away at Riverview Health Services on Friday, October 19, 2018 under the care of Aseracare Home Hospice.

 

Jim was born on May 9, 1938 in Cudahy, WI to John & Regina (Burant) Zillman. He married Ursula Kuseman on May 15, 1965 in Wausau. Jim was an accountant for Case Manufacturing before his retirement. He was an excellent pool player and loved sports. If Jim wasn’t at home cheering on the Brewers or Packers, you would often him at the local football field or baseball and softball fields. He was a faithful member of St. Mary Catholic Church and sang in their church choir for many years.

 

Jim is survived by his wife of over 53 years, Ursula; his sister – Audrey Larson, Tomahawk (formerly of Schofield); sister in law – Marga (Garry) Stauffer, Nebraska; and his nieces and nephews – John (Angie) Larson, Jeanne Steinke, Jim (Tracey) Larson, Jennifer (Jeff Krueger) Larson, Roxy Richter & Robert Janikowski. Jim is further survived by his great nieces and nephews and his two dogs – Ruby & Golden. He is preceded in death by his parents.

 

The Memorial Mass for Jim Zillman will take place at 11:00AM on Monday, October 29, 2018 at St Mary Catholic Church, Tomahawk. Fr. Louis Maram Reddy will officiate. Visitation will take place at the church from 9:00AM until the time of Mass at 11:00AM.
